TERMS OF TRADE
*A deposit of 25% is required on confirmation of booking with the balance payable on or before the function date or a 6% penalty will occor every seven days until balance is paid in full unless other arrangment have been made.
*Payment options include Cash, Cheque, any plastic cards or Online Banking
*Price quoted includes the supply of all food, cutlery and crockery Or Plastics, (type of utensils as arranged), buffet set-up, table coverings (as arranged), serviettes (colour of your choice).
All prices subject to change. Deposits will be returned with three months notice of cancellations.
Southernspit BBQ Co Ltd will not be held responsible for delayed service for out of control busy traffic, road works or van break downs. as all of our vans are warranted and serviced every six months or as required.
*All required Staff are included in the costing. Staff are presented in full Company Uniform.
N.B. Should assistance be required at any time regarding your function we will be happy to oblige.
CONFIRMATION OF FINAL NUMBERS |

A final confirmation of numbers and menu choices is due within four days (96 hours) prior to your function. This confirmed number will be the minimum number which will be charged If The number of guests is greater than the confirmed guest numbers then the greater charge per person will apply.

A $32.95 travel charge will apply for diy functions in the area of Auckland. Travel charges apply outside the Auckland area. |
